The Mission of LULAC 3272 is to establish collaborative partnerships that progress the economic condition, educational achievement, health, and civic engagement of communities in Kern County.
Who are we?
The Kern County LULAC (League of United Latin Americans Citizens) #3272 was formed in 2016. We quickly grew to over 90 community members and have established Kern County LULAC, Council #3272 as one of the most active and community-action focused LULAC councils. We are a volunteer driven non-profit organization whose membership consists of a wide array of community business professionals seeking to support the success of our Kern County communities.

What we do?
We focus on our Mission and Vision in identifying needs, partners and bringing together volunteers and
resources. Following are a some of our accomplishments.
- Awarded scholarships to students from across Kern County
- Held a successful “Día de los Muertos” annual fundraising event
- Provided mentors for the TUHS Taft Oil Academy students
- Supported Christmas Toy Drive with Mercado Latino
- Provided volunteers to help distribute food
- Conducted Citizenship Workshops
- Participated in Read-Across-America events
- Partnered with United Way of Kern County for a Pre-School Library
- Received and coordinated the Ford Driving Dreams Grant
